Get the answers to your most frequent queries regarding our offerings and Microsoft products.
Where is Sagaron based in? What is the team-strength?
Sagaron is headquartered in the USA, Canada, and India, with a team of 1,050+ in-house skilled developers averaging over 14 years of experience..
Can you please help me understand the business engagement model?
Sagaron offers three engagement models tailored to client needs. In the Dedicated Hiring model, you pay one month upfront, with subsequent invoices generated at the end of each cycle. Under the Hourly model, a one-week advance payment is required, with the remaining billed weekly, fortnightly, or monthly as per the agreed contract. For the Fixed Time and Cost model, 20–30% of the project cost is paid upfront, with the balance released in stages upon milestone completion.
Do you provide NDA and IP protection for my project?
With Sagaron, you retain 100% ownership of your project. This includes NDA agreements, copyrights, source code, intellectual property rights, confidential documentation, and other MoUs—ensuring complete transparency and control.
Will you assign a dedicated "Project Manager – Scrum Master" as a point of contact?
Sagaron assigns a dedicated Project Manager—serving as Scrum Master—throughout the engagement. This ensures you have a reliable point of contact for any requirements, assistance, queries, or resolutions at every stage of development.
What is your payment method after the engagement?
Sagaron Technology LLC is a registered U.S. entity, offering secure and transparent payment options. Clients can pay via ACH or wire transfer to our Bank of America account, and we also provide W9 forms to help with tax savings. With EIN 83-4332237, we ensure compliance and flexibility—accepting wire transfers globally, regardless of your location.
What if I am not satisfied with the hired developer's work and would like to exit?
Client satisfaction is our highest priority, and we ensure complete transparency in all engagements. Either party may terminate the contract, with or without cause, by providing at least 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, Sagaron Technology will issue a termination invoice for work completed to date, payable within three business days. The invoice will detail all unpaid work and progress made until the termination date, and all completed deliverables will be handed over to the client in a usable electronic format.
